Don’t be fooled by Siya’s petite frame or soft spoken manner, she is a one woman army well capable of handling even the most demanding of clients. My 40th birthday, celebrated in the fall of 2022, so the first large gathering of friends after 3 years of lockdown and social distancing. With a guest list of over 300 confirmed guests, Siya had the Herculean task of managing caterers, the DJ, the decorations, the security, police permissions, staff and bearers, entertainment etc but most importantly keeping me and my mother happy. Not for a minute did she let us down, from start to finish (from 6pm to 6am no less) Siya was on the job, handling every request and making sure the night was a seamless success. I personally cannot thank her enough, as thanks to her hard and attention to details, not for a minute that night did I have to worry about a single guest or issue of any kind. If you’re looking to host a night to remember, Siya is your girl, just hand it over to her and relax!

Do people really know how the wedding day really comes together till they actually are in the middle of it? Just the zillion things that need to fall in place, the timing of each of those things, all whilst looking stunning. A couple of days of dreams and fun and memories, 6-9 months of sheer chaos prior to it all. We had the wedding of my dreams and I absolutely can not imagine it looking half as beautiful without Siya and her team. She’ll become your friend and confidant on day one coz she’s really that warm and brilliant. And who better to share your ideas with than a friend? Not only did she have to manage our crazy families, she also had to look into the decor, catering, band & DJ, games team, extra artists, our hair and make up teams, multiple wedding locations, shoot locations, all the guests’ stay and their extra demands, to name a few.. She took care of each detail and was always personally aware of all of it. Her delegating skills and yet the sheer control over all the aspects is truly second to none.

She’d always have fresh ideas for everything but also takes care of every little detail that you can describe, even if it might sound impossible at the time.

She’s seen me be the bridezilla that I was, and handled all of my tantrums with utmost grace. She was there with a bouquet of really special flowers when the nerves in me had taken over, the morning of the wedding and that truly made my day.

The wedding was so smooth and soooo much fun for me only coz I didn’t have to worry about the nitty gritties of it all.

Not sure we ever thanked Siya enough for all her hard work and compassion to make our wedding that much more special.

My husband and I worked with Siya for over a year to plan our wedding in Jaipur. I am an NRI from Canada and my husband is from Scotland so it was a complicated hybrid wedding with guests travelling from all over the world but Siya and her team pulled it off superbly.
