A Celebration of Artisanal Elegance
We had the privilege of curating the grand launch event for Ucuoro — a new-age artisanal furniture brand founded by Unnati Varma. Known for its commitment to timeless craftsmanship & modern aesthetics Ucuoro’s debut deserved nothing short of an immersive and elevated experience.
The event took place at the brand’s flagship store, a space that beautifully reflects Ucuoro’s design philosophy — understated elegance, refined details and handcrafted excellence. Inspired by the brand’s identity, we conceptualized and executed an experience that mirrored its ethos.
Guests were welcomed with an extensive international grazing table featuring an elegant spread of canapés, fine cheeses, gourmet dips, and a signature macaron tower with the Ucuoro logo — blending taste with thoughtful visual branding. A live violinist added to the refined ambience, creating a mellow yet celebratory atmosphere throughout the evening.
To enhance the guest journey, we managed all elements of hospitality — including valet services, bouncers, and discreet overall coordination to ensure a seamless experience.
We also designed a unique rotating invite, crafted as a miniature replica of the store facade, complete with a light mechanism — giving guests a sneak peek into the brand’s aesthetic world. One of the evening’s highlights was the customized miniature sofa giveaways — scaled-down replicas of Ucuoro’s key pieces, created as collector’s items for guests.
For the media and VIP invitees, we curated bespoke gifting experiences that included custom fortune cookies, handwritten thank-you notes, and thoughtfully chosen keepsakes — ensuring every detail reflected the brand’s commitment to personalization and artistry.
From concept and creative design to guest experience and execution, this event was a full-service production that brought Ucuoro’s story to life — warm, refined, and deeply rooted in design.
