We recently had the exciting opportunity to plan and execute a 3-day offsite event for NOON UAE, a leading e-commerce company. Despite the tight deadline of just one week, our efforts, marked by intense brainstorming and seamless teamwork, culminated in a successful and memorable extravaganza for the client.
The offsite kicked off with a vibrant welcome dinner, adorned with marigold garlands and hues of yellow. This auspicious setting served as the perfect prelude to the three-day celebration at the Oberoi Hotel, New Delhi.
Day two was abuzz with insightful conferences and meetings featuring distinguished guests from prominent organizations like the Emaar Group and the Governor of PIF, who shared their invaluable expertise with the attendees. The day concluded with a celebratory "Majlis" evening, featuring a captivating performance by renowned sitar player and musician Anoushka Shankar. Adding further vibrancy, the event welcomed well-known Indian startup founders, creating a dynamic exchange of ideas. Notable business magnate such as Vijay Shekar Sharma, Managing Director of Paytm, Kunal Shah, Owner of Cred and Sanjiv Bikhchandani, Founder of Info Edge were among guest speaker for the event.
As day three dawned, the event continued with engaging conferences and meetings, complemented by a cozy Delhi winter lunch. The overall décor exuded warmth and charm, providing the perfect conclusion to the celebratory affair.
We meticulously handled every detail to ensure an unforgettable experience. Our carefully curated menu offered guests a delightful taste of India's rich culinary heritage. Guest check-ins and hospitality were managed seamlessly. Logistics, including transportation via private charters and jets, were expertly coordinated. Additionally, we took care of gifting and hampers, décor, lighting, sound, photography, security, showflow management, special effects, and much more. Collaborating with the Noon team was an invaluable experience. We are profoundly grateful for their trust and belief in us, which allowed us to create an event that will be remembered for years to come.
